Terri Dillard – Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor
Terri has been with our team since 2007, where she serves as Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor. She participated in multiple in-house training programs while employed with Atlantic Mutual. She is studying claims with the AICPCU, taking several courses to advance her knowledge. For ten years prior to joining us, Terri worked with Atlantic Mutual.
Vicki Booth – Claims Trainer
Vicki serves as our Claims Associate Supervisor. She’s been with WVCoRP since 2002. She has 37 years of experience in the industry, specializing in the handling of workers’ compensation claims as well as property and casualty claims. Prior to joining us, she was employed at Harleysville and Erie Insurance Company. Vicki also enjoys attending car events with her husband, showing off their collection of Ford Mustangs.
Kristine graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with her bachelor of science in Social Work. She joined our team in 2014 and worked as a Claims Technician, Claims Associate, and is now a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist. Kristine enjoys watching Netflix, cooking, and traveling.
Sherri Candelario – Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Sherri graduated from Kaplan University with a Masters of Business Administration in 2013. Before joining our team, she handled Workers’ Compensation and medical claims for a physician’s office. She is also experienced in working health care claims for various specialty markets. Sherri is a native of Washington, DC and moved to the Roanoke, VA in 2006.
Kristina Dillon- Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Kristina is a West Virginia native. She graduated from Bluefield State College in 2006 with a degree in Social Sciences. Since 2006, she has handled Workers’ Compensation claims in multiple states, including WV, VA, and PA. In 2016, she relocated to the Roanoke, VA area.
Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Glenville State College and a Masters in Elementary Education from Marshall University. She worked as a substitute teacher for approximately 10 years. Upon relocating to the Roanoke area in 2014 to be closer to family, she began working with our team in the support department. She became a claims associate in 2015 and is now handling workers’ compensation claims.
Caitlynne Lendley – Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Caitlynne graduated from Liberty University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Ministry. She joined the team in July of 2015, serving as a Claims Technician and a Claims Associate before becoming a Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist. Caitlynne enjoys cooking, watching Netflix, and is an avid baseball fan.
Nicole Marvin – Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Nicole is a Claims Specialist with WVCoRP. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialty in Human Resource Management. She has handled insurance claims for 18 years and has experience with Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and Bodily Injury. She also has prior experience working on the employer side in human resources.
Mike Paplomatas – Workers’ Compensation and Property and Casualty Claims Specialist
Mike is a Workers’ Compensation and Property and Casualty Claims Specialist with our team. He has worked in Workers’ Compensation and Property & Casualty claims since 1987. He served in the US Coast Guard from 1977-1981. He then earned a bachelor of science in Marketing from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, PA in 1985.
Dawn Simpkins – Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Dawn has been with WVCoRP since 2007 and handles our more complex workers’ compensation investigative and lost-time claims. She has an associate’s degree from Central Texas College and has been in the claims handling business since 1989. She earned her Associated in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America in 1999.
Megan Taylor – Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Megan has worked in the insurance industry since 2008 and has been with our team since 2012. She has been promoted twice and now serves as Claims Specialist. In addition to handling lost-time claims, she assists with our Line of Duty Act claims. She received a bachelor of fine arts from Longwood University in 2012. Megan is from Rocky Mount, VA.
Sara Baranauskas – Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist
Sara handles workers’ compensation investigation and lost-time claims. A St. Louis native, Sara relocated to Roanoke in 2013 to join our team. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English Literature from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2013. Prior to joining our team, she held a variety of customer service-related positions.
