Adrianne joined our team in 2004 and has over 25 years of customer service, technical training, business analysis, and project management experience. She runs our enterprise Project Management Office, which handles various projects including compliance, data conversions, system and software implementations, and company relocations, while handling most operational processes and change management. In addition, she oversees the Business Services groups, which consists of the Nurse Case Management, Property Appraisals, and Special Investigations departments. In her years with us, Adrianne has been most excited about having the opportunity to develop and grow the Support Team and Project Management Office.
